I’m an outside sales and customer service professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. I focus on driving customer engagement while delivering strong experiences and products through relationship building and product expertise.

In my Outside Sales Representative role, I deliver high-quality customer experiences by providing personalized product recommendations in a 100% commission-based setting. I also support management with keyholding responsibilities, opening/closing duties, securing assets, and in-store sales strategies.

Earlier as a Shift Lead, I managed sales and leadership operations to ensure efficient service and quality customer support. I handled closing procedures including cash handling, drawer reconciliation, daily reporting, and training new employees.

I bring a practical, service-first approach grounded in commission performance and retention-focused customer relationship management. I’m motivated to keep raising the bar for customer experience while supporting the team’s day-to-day operations.
