What I'm looking for

I’m looking for full-time remote roles in research & policy, LLM training/evaluation, operations, or community management. I thrive in fast-paced, cross-cultural work—collaborating across teams to improve quality, accuracy, and stakeholder outcomes.

I’m currently an AI Model Trainer at Turing, where I curate, evaluate, and refine large-scale LLM training datasets to improve accuracy, consistency, and real-world task relevance. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop task prompts, quality benchmarks, and evaluation guidelines that raise output quality.

With 3+ years of cross-sector experience, I bring a research & policy lens alongside hands-on model training work. I’ve also built a track record of managing stakeholders and driving outreach in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.

Before my current role, I supported 100+ students as a Senior Academic Counsellor by guiding academic planning, monitoring progress, and coordinating an end-to-end counselling pipeline. I also taught History & Political Science, designing curriculum and using Socratic discussion methods to strengthen critical analytical skills.

My work extends beyond training and operations: I co-authored an INSTC policy paper with Moscow State University and published research in international journals, including “Patriarchy” (Global Youth Journal). I’ve spoken at Y20/G20 forums on equitable technology access and actively contribute to community operations and PR campaigns.
