What I'm looking for
Innovative Co-Founder, Chief Operations Officer, and Director of Sustainability for Goldin Hause, a fashion incubator championing sustainability and ethical entrepreneurship. Specializing in Science, Technology, and International Affairs with a concentration on Energy & the Environment and Computer Science, I'm deeply engaged in analyzing and crafting solutions to sustainability challenges from overlooked perspectives. At the heart of my work is a passion for leveraging data to drive sustainability—in fields as diverse as domestic energy policy to ethical fashion entrepreneurship.
As the Co-Founder of Goldin Hause, I've employed strategic data analysis to select ethical supply chains and sustainable materials, creating a platform that nurtures eco-conscious luxury fashion.
During my time at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, I conducted extensive research on the impact of China’s Belt and Road Initiative on the global development of sustainable energy infrastructure and the potential of Small Modular Nuclear Reactors (SMRs) as a pivotal technology in the global decarbonization of electricity. My research on sustainable fashion involved developing a policy brief with strategic recommendations to improve sustainability in the fashion industry, producing a blog post and a podcast episode titled "Slow Stitch" that critiqued fast fashion and advocated for slow fashion practices, and compiling a comprehensive portfolio that showcased a range of writing abilities and in-depth investigation on slow fashion. These projects have contributed fresh insights into geopolitical-environmental synergies and sustainability in the fashion industry.
I applied my knowledge and experience after being selected as a student rapporteur for the international conference "Sustaining the Oasis: Envisioning the Future of Water Security in the Gulf," held in November of 2023, in Doha, Qatar. There, I engaged with global experts, contributed to discussions on policy pathways and innovative solutions for water security, and developed actionable strategies for sustainable water management.
My dual commitment to operational excellence and sustainability leadership at Goldin Hause has helped provide the tools for emerging designers to break new ground in the fashion space currently dominated by fast fashion business models. With a forward-thinking approach and a relentless drive to enact change, I work towards a world where data harmonizes with eco-centric practices, fostering a future where business growth and environmental stewardship mutually reinforce each other.
