I’m looking for a role where I can lead strategic HR and strengthen employee relations and legal compliance, using my recruitment, payroll, and HR systems experience to improve performance, retention, and people-centered service delivery.

I’m an experienced Human Resource and administration professional with deep knowledge of corporate business needs, spanning public service and private sector HR—from recruitment and contracts to pensions, leave, transfers, and retirement notice.

In my current role as a Human Resource Management Development Officer at the Ministry of Labour and Social protection, State Department for Social Protection. I handle appointments, leave administration, staff establishment, staff recruitment and selection, contracts, reporting, and HRMAC advisory meetings and minute taking, while also managing interns and attachments.

Previously, I served as a Human Resource Manager at China Railway Group (K) Co Ltd and led HR strategy alignment, collective bargaining negotiations, workplace investigations, performance appraisal, HR budgeting, and compliance with employment law. I’ve also contributed to measurable outcomes like negotiating collective bargaining agreements, reducing employee turnover, improving work performance, and introducing HR information system capabilities.
