What I'm looking for

I seek an HR role where I can lead recruitment and HRIS projects, drive HR transformation, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor teams in a supportive, growth-oriented company.

I am an HR professional with hands-on experience managing recruitment, contracts and HRIS processes at Hilti France, where I drafted contracts, administered Workday and coordinated onboarding. I created and facilitated an international working group to develop a common school communication strategy and participated in HR transformation and continuous improvement projects. I also manage leave and departures, maintain employee records (Workday, ADP) and coordinate cross-functional requests.

Earlier roles in customer relations and retail store management in the U.S. strengthened my stakeholder communication, KPI monitoring and team leadership abilities.
