At Swift Digital Finance, I document and track complaints received through internal reporting channels. I coordinate with IT, Finance, Risk and Inclusive Business teams to support resolution, follow up on issues, and maintain confidential records.

At Airtel Malawi, I responded to customer enquiries and complaints, checked transaction or account information, and communicated solutions. I escalated cases requiring further assistance and maintained appropriate records.

Through undergraduate research at University of Malawi, I conducted interviews and collected information on contraceptive decision making among married and unmarried women. I organised and analysed qualitative information to identify recurring issues and themes.

In my online clothing business, I communicated with customers, coordinated orders, payments and parcel arrangements, and created promotional materials using Canva. I’m interested in developing further expertise in remote customer support and technology-based services.
