What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a tech-driven customer success/support role where I can drive omnichannel client satisfaction and also contribute to AI data operations—LLM alignment, prompt evaluation, and dataset quality—while improving processes and retention through human-centred service.

I’m a performance-driven customer success and support professional with a solid background in B2B service delivery, omnichannel support, and tech-driven environments. I manage client onboarding, handle technical troubleshooting, and resolve complex queries using CRM and ticketing platforms.

In customer-facing roles, I deliver consistent service across phone, email, and live chat—while owning escalation management, product cross-selling, and upselling to protect long-term client satisfaction. I also support onboarding end-to-end, including procurement guidance, compliance steps, and post-service feedback collection.

On the AI side, I contribute to generative AI systems through LLM alignment workflows, data annotation, prompt evaluation, and dataset cleansing—identifying hallucinations and misalignments using predefined flags and rubrics. I’ve performed high-volume labeling across text, audio, image, and multi-modal datasets, maintaining an annotation accuracy score above 95%.
