At Amazon, I serve as the sole on-site Data Analyst, managing operational analytics, reporting, dashboard development, and process automation across the facility.
I design and maintain dashboards, reports, performance metrics, and KPI reporting, and analyze operational data to support performance tracking and continuous process improvement.
I use SQL and Amazon Redshift to research historical data and investigate trends, issues, and discrepancies. I also use Python and VBA to automate manual reporting and business processes, including web scraping and automated webhooks.
My work includes maintaining internal reporting tools with Quip, Microsoft SharePoint, and Slack webhooks, as well as creating and modifying web pages and Tampermonkey userscripts to enhance internal workflows. I studied Statistical Data Science at the University of California, Davis, with a minor in Technology Management.
