What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a data-focused role where I can analyze operational data, validate quality, investigate exceptions, and communicate clear findings that support data-informed decisions.

At Amazon Fulfillment Center, I analyze high-volume operational and inventory data to identify trends, inconsistencies, anomalies, and data-quality issues.

I track KPIs including workload, productivity, inventory accuracy, DPMO, backlog volume, and exception trends. I reconcile system records with source information and document corrections or unresolved exceptions.

I maintain Excel and Quip trackers for assignments, audits, issue status, and resolution outcomes, helping preserve traceability in operational reporting. I also investigate discrepancies through transaction histories, audit evidence, and process knowledge.

I'm completing a B.S. in Computer Science with a Data Analysis concentration, building on coursework in database design, SQL, programming, systems analysis, software testing, and data structures.
