What I'm looking for

I’m looking to reenter the workforce in a new opportunity where I can lead customer service, solve international shipping/customer issues, improve SOPs and FAQs, and coordinate teams—bringing my communication strength and organized problem-solving to help operations run smoothly.

I’m a creative, detail-focused customer service professional with a strong track record of clear communication and organized execution. I’m an articulate writer and a dependable team player—equally comfortable leading or working independently.

At WR Group, Inc, I progressed through roles from Customer Service Representative to English Team Lead and then Assistant Customer Service Manager. I handled customer service across email, social media, review sites, and phone for an international customer base, providing accurate, timely information using deep knowledge of international shipping companies and country-specific postal services.

I continually identified and created solutions to internal IT and external shipping issues, and I oversaw and coordinated work with a multi-lingual call center in Europe. In a fixed-term role at TBDx Design, I helped build customer service infrastructure “from the ground up,” determining and writing SOPs and best practices, creating internal/external FAQs, and improving communication efficiency.

I also bring communications experience from Phoenix Comicon (now Phoenix Fan Fusion), where I managed media credential processing and worked with media to plan guest interviews and live shooting schedules. I’ve trained successors during transitions and I’m now motivated to reenter the workforce and begin a new career opportunity.
