What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities in remote operations, client success, customer experience, project management, compliance, or business support.

At Advantage Property Management, I manage daily operations for community associations and serve as a primary contact for boards, homeowners, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

I oversee multimillion-dollar operating budgets, financial reporting, vendor contracts, and capital improvement projects while supporting compliant operations. I also coordinate projects such as flood response, roof replacement, water mitigation, and mold remediation from planning through completion.

Previously, I managed operations at Office Depot and supported business operations as Assistant Manager at Men's Wearhouse. My work included inventory flow, financial controls, associate training, and resolving customer concerns.

Earlier, I directed store operations at Claire's and managed merchandising operations at Stein Mart. I hold a BBA in Management from Strayer University and a Florida Community Association Manager license.
