At Brexton Commercial, I advise franchisees, franchisors, and developers on site selection, acquisition strategy, and development feasibility. I’ve guided Maryland’s largest Jiffy Lube franchisee on expansion through land acquisition, ground leases, and store acquisitions.
I completed 150+ leasing and sales transactions in Baltimore City and over $50 million in shopping center transactions. My work has included representing Nexus Veterinary Specialists on a 50,000 SF animal hospital lease and navigating zoning and permitting for the sale of 720 Frederick Rd to Faidley’s Seafood.
I also coordinate development reviews with project stakeholders and use market analysis and financial modeling to assess site viability. As CFO of Brexton Commercial, I oversee forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, commission structures, and payroll.
