What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or property management role where I can lead teams, improve service delivery, manage budgets and compliance, and build productive relationships with residents, customers, vendors, and staff.

I'm co-managing day-to-day operations at Arlington Park Apartments, overseeing leasing, maintenance, groundskeeping, lease renewals, resident retention, unit turnovers, collections, and compliance.

Previously, I led food and beverage operations at Barren River Lake State Resort Park through its first profitable post-pandemic era. I built tracking systems for labor, inventory, waste, orders, and discounts while managing P&L, staffing, payroll, vendor relationships, and guest experience.

Across Rollin’Dough Pizza and Levy Restaurants at Churchill Downs, I've managed restaurant and banquet operations, budgets, POS systems, events, training, food safety, and customer service in fast-paced environments.
