In my role as a Parking Enforcement Officer & Team Leader, I support in coordinating and supervising the enforcement team, provide guidance and performance monitoring, and collaborate on operational management of activities. I also contribute to results analysis and reporting by supporting the analysis and presentation of operational results reports, while monitoring compliance with parking regulations and internal procedures.

I bring a proactive, continuous improvement-oriented approach, with adaptability, problem-solving and prioritisation skills. I have also supported HR tasks, including recruitment and training and onboarding of new employees, strengthening my ability to manage day-to-day operational scheduling and team dynamics.
