I'm leading Pivot’s platform-wide redesign as its sole in-house designer, building a design system from scratch to standardize the restaurant management software experience. I redesigned the time-off request workflow with shift-impact visualization to help managers make better scheduling decisions.

At AlayaCare, I designed a reconciliation feature for a Revenue Cycle Management platform, allowing healthcare agencies to manually reconcile insurance payments across multiple clients. I streamlined a complex financial workflow, reducing reconciliation steps by more than 80%.

At Signifly, I spearheaded BMO’s Lexicon design system for 20+ designers across two product teams, delivering 40+ accessible components and Zeroheight documentation. The system achieved 83% user satisfaction and a 53% productivity increase among subscribers, while the OLBB Lite project earned a Red Dot Award.

I also bring branding, digital design, motion, and agency experience from work for hospitality, real estate, banking, luxury, and consumer brands including The Macallan, Shu Uemura, Nike, and Westbank.
