What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an on-site role where I can support senior leaders through high-trust admin ownership—managing calendars, inboxes, stakeholder follow-up, and structured processes that keep teams accountable to tight deadlines.

I’m a client-focused professional with a demonstrated record of managing correspondence, scheduling, and stakeholder follow-up on behalf of senior leaders. I bring judgement to what needs escalation versus what can be resolved independently, even when priorities are shifting.

In my current role as Director of Bids & Proposals, I own the end-to-end tender and proposal lifecycle. I coordinate directly with senior stakeholders and department heads to close documentation and submission requirements under firm deadlines, while maintaining accurate client and stakeholder communication.

I’ve also built and maintained submission tracking and filing structures for each bid cycle, ensuring compliant, well-organized submissions. I coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, using practical escalation decisions to keep the process moving and prevent last-minute gaps.

Earlier, as an Administrative Assistant and Sales Executive, I managed inbox correspondence, prepared reports and presentations for senior review, and designed standardized administrative procedures where none previously existed. I’m comfortable operating with ambiguity—holding senior stakeholders accountable to deadlines, supported by my MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency and CRM-style workflow experience.
