I seek a property management or real estate operations role where I can lead portfolio and budget oversight, mentor teams, apply bilingual support, manage projects and ensure compliance and tenant relations.

I am a licensed Realtor, Property Manager and Notary Public with nearly 15 years of experience managing mixed-use commercial, single-family and multi-family portfolios. I specialize in contract review, negotiation, project management, RFPs, budgeting, inspections, reconciliations and fiscal analysis, and I am fluent in English and Portuguese with conversational Spanish.

My background includes portfolio management for CBRE and Renters Warehouse, management of large single-family and LIHTC portfolios, and recent consulting work providing translations, notary services and real estate support at The Climbing Vine.
