Service management of the application supporting the canton's public schools, including incidents, updates, vendor coordination, and transition from legacy systems under HERMES and ITIL practices.

AI product owner and full-stack developer, taking AI tools from idea to production for around fifteen consultants, including 25+ internal Custom GPTs and a portal of production web apps. Co-developed a standards comparison and impact-assessment tool with Zühlke and designed evaluation of AI output.

Developed retrieval-based assistants for tourism, e-learning, and knowledge management, and designed and shipped a blockchain analytics platform with React, Leaflet, and Web3 data sources.

Owned three product lines for genomic data processing, from requirements to release, and built the company from inception to 20 FTE and CHF 14M raised. Took two diagnostic software products through CE marking and ISO 13485 certification, and served as de-facto technical lead of MPEG-G.
