What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an Administrative role where I can contribute to the administrative management and implement people and administrative plans that support an institution's continuous growth and development.

I've managed administrative operations at Instituto Nacional de la Defensa Rivadeneira Médica, INADEM S.C. and Redes Herramientas para la Inclusión, S.C., overseeing payroll, recruitment, compensation and benefits, HR systems, financial resources, and supplier relationships.

With a master's degree in organisational management from UNAM and a psychology background, I bring experience in selection, training, contracts, job descriptions, social security relations, personnel administration, and psychometric testing. I'm motivated to lead teams and implement people-focused plans that support institutional growth and development.
