I’m a Customer Experience and Business Development professional with over five years of combined experience delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. As Founder and Managing Director of Rustic Flowerpots & Planters Manufacturing Limited, I focus on building trust through end-to-end customer support.

I deliver customer service from enquiry through after-sales support, handling account management, complaint resolution, and retention. I’ve generated approximately US$17,000 in annual business revenue and sold more than 1,200 handcrafted flowerpots in 2026.

For corporate growth, I built and managed relationships with 18 corporate clients, including TotalEnergies Zambia and Zambezi Steel, and completed 18 corporate projects such as a commercial order of 300 flowerpots for a shopping mall. I led and managed a team of 7 while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

I’m equipped to run customer operations effectively using Zoho CRM and the Microsoft Office Suite, communicating remotely via phone, email, WhatsApp Business, and social media. I’m also passionate about mentoring and entrepreneurship, recognized as Best Upcoming Youth Entrepreneur 2024 and a Presidential Award nominee 2025.
