What I'm looking for

I want to grow professionally in the editorial sector, using my linguistic analysis, writing, and review skills to improve the effectiveness and impact of scientific communication. I’m looking for opportunities where I can keep learning and contribute to real publishing workflows.

I’m an early-career editorial assistant with a background in Linguistics and Applied Languages. I’m passionate about language and the study of different tongues, and I’m driven by a strong desire to keep learning while taking my first steps in the working world.

In my experience at Universidad de Cádiz-ILA (Marzo 2025 - Junio 2025), I supported editorial workflows and contributed to academic publishing. I managed editorial metadata using OJS (Open Journal Systems), and I carried out linguistic review and correction of academic articles.

I also collaborated in the editorial process for scientific publication, always with the goal of improving the effectiveness and impact of written communication. I bring strong linguistic analysis, writing and revision skills, and I work well with others—supported by solid organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities, plus effective use of the Office package.
