I’m a motivated, responsible, dependable professional with a long track record in customer sales and service. I’m known for troubleshooting, following up on problems, and maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers.
In my current role as a Customer Sales and Service Rep., I handle orders by receiving emails and calls, placing orders, entering quotes, and emailing customers updated prices. I resolve emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency, coordinate new art-work with the layout department, and attend daily production meetings regarding open orders.
I’ve also built strong operational skills as a former Business Owner running a licensed child care business for 12 years, overseeing bookkeeping and client relations. Across previous customer service and production roles, I’ve supported order entry and printing processes, scheduled releases and maintained inventory, and ensured customer orders were tracked from start to finish.
