I'm looking for a detail-focused role where I can support high-volume healthcare, insurance, billing, enrollment, or records workflows while meeting deadlines, resolving issues, and maintaining accuracy.

I'm currently an Index Sorter/Coder at Data Dimensions, electronically managing, sorting, and coding medical and military paperwork for the Veterans Administration in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Previously, I supported Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan membership and billing operations at Firstsource and posted, reconciled, and balanced healthcare payments at Mercy Health using Epic. I bring detailed data-entry, coding, medical billing, payment reconciliation, and 10-key typing experience.
