In my current role, I directed end-to-end Amazon Advertising strategy across two seller accounts, delivering a 20% YoY revenue uplift while maintaining a consistent Target ROAS of 600%. I lead cross-functional optimisation across data, A+ Content, and creative assets to improve listing quality and conversion potential.

I also build practical automation to make performance insights actionable—such as a Python tool to analyse Amazon keyword rankings and track sponsored vs. organic positions for bid optimisation opportunities. Through ongoing bid optimisation, keyword harvesting, and search term analysis, I improve campaign profitability and return on ad spend, including listing A/B split testing to lift conversion rates and organic ranking.

Previously, I managed marketplace operations across Magento, Shopify, Onbuy, and eBay, optimising product listings and pricing strategies to increase organic visibility and conversion rates. I used Excel and Power BI to clean, visualise, and analyse large datasets, turning complex campaign metrics into clear, actionable reporting for non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
