What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote call center role where I can use my phone communication and sales skills, help the team meet targets, work flexible shifts, and grow in customer service.

I've handled daily customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries at Prime Mobile Gadgets, helping people find the right phone accessories and complete purchases.

I regularly exceeded weekly sales targets while keeping conversations helpful rather than pushy. I also handled complaints calmly and focused on leaving customers satisfied enough to return.

As a Call Support Volunteer at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti Campus Help Desk, I supported students and parents with registration, hostel issues, and general enquiries.
