I'm currently supporting Azure App Service customers at Teknowledge (Tek Experts), handling tickets by severity and providing mitigation steps. I manage SSL/TLS certificate issuance and configuration for web applications, as well as Azure AD authentication and web app certificate issues.

Previously, I supported Microsoft 365 Consumer environments, handling 25–40 client incidents weekly across phone, email, and chat. I documented incidents, root causes, resolutions, and workarounds to strengthen internal knowledge bases and improve incident-response efficiency.

At Geodetic Informatics Systems Ltd, I resolved 95% of hardware, software, and network issues on the first attempt while managing installations, upgrades, maintenance, and IT asset inventory. During my IT Helpdesk internship at Deltaafrik Engineering Ltd, I helped reduce downtime through proactive monitoring and secure user-account configuration.

I'm also building cybersecurity capability through phishing-awareness simulation work and Wireshark network traffic analysis. I communicate technical and security issues in clear, actionable language that helps customers resolve problems confidently.
