I’m a product development project manager with 10+ years of experience coordinating software and technology initiatives across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. I bring SDLC coordination, timeline ownership, backlog and dependency management, and cross-functional communication—keeping teams aligned on priorities, timelines, risks, and deliverables with strong visibility and documentation.
Since Jun 2022, I’ve been a Product Manager (Transportation Insight), partnering with product leadership and engineering to define roadmap priorities, manage dependencies, and align delivery timelines. I create and manage epics, user stories, and tickets in Jira, maintain product documentation in Confluence, run requirements handoff sessions, and support go-to-market planning for customer product features. Previously at United Parcel Service, I managed project teams, delivered executive-ready status updates, drove technical debt roadmaps and governance for cross-product initiatives, and earlier as a Business Systems Analyst translated requirements into technical solutions—facilitating UAT, release readiness reviews, and defect/enhancement tracking.

Managed a team of three project managers and coordinated cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, and operational teams. Owned project timelines and milestones, tracked risks and blockers, and produced executive status updates to drive issue resolution toward deadlines.
Managed governance for cross-product initiatives and technical debt programs. Built technical debt roadmaps and heat maps, coordinated scope and resource planning across teams, and presented project requests for Business Area Review approval.
Served as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Gathered and documented functional requirements and use cases, facilitated Agile ceremonies and UAT, and tracked defects and enhancements through release cycles.
