At Tritan Pay, I lead merchant solutions and platform operations for complex, high-risk e-commerce accounts processing approximately $400,000 in monthly volume.

I own the merchant-facing lifecycle, from onboarding flows and store connectivity to gateway troubleshooting and workflow releases. I partner with engineering teams to define requirements, test API and webhook behavior, and improve merchant intake portals.

Previously, I managed technical integrations for 20 specialized merchants across CBD, Kratom, Collections, Adult, and Alternative Goods. I connected Shopify, WooCommerce, and proprietary carts with NMI, Authorize.Net, and Stripe while monitoring approval rates, chargebacks, settlement reconciliation, and processing velocity.

I also bring customer operations experience from SCS Solutions, where I resolved escalations, connectivity breakdowns, and transactional discrepancies. I turn recurring merchant pain points into clearer workflows, stronger reporting, and more reliable commerce experiences.
