What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale regulated card programs, reconciliation systems, and sponsor-bank operations where I can own operational design, automation, bank partnerships, and audit readiness end to end.

At Soda Health, I built the in-house card program management function as the company moved from Galileo to a self-administered Mastercard program on FIS and Avidia Bank. I scaled it from 7 to 29 client programs and from 250,000 to more than 750,000 cards in one year without adding headcount.

I build the reconciliation and settlement logic behind the operation, including match rules, exception handling, and source-of-truth frameworks. I automated omnibus, solo, and settlement-account reconciliation in Python across approximately $38 million in omnibus balances and more than $100 million in annual volume.

I've also launched card operations at Finfare, led compliance at UNest, and supported broker-dealer and FinOps operations at Acorns. I manage bank and processor relationships, funding, KYB/KYC diligence, audit readiness, fraud controls, and operational workflows end to end.
