At Kaiser Permanente, I led major technology transformation across regional and national operations, including overseeing 1,500 IT staff and 18 direct reports in Regional IT Operations. I directed the decommissioning of 650+ IT applications while maintaining service during transition, and I eliminated or reallocated regional costs—saving about $35 million from forecast. I also guided investment planning and delivery for 300 local IT projects annually, supported 4.5 million members, and led portfolio governance through executive-ready dashboards and scorecards.

My background also includes mergers and acquisitions due diligence training, crisis management liaison work, and delivering enterprise laboratory system modernization—positioning a $200M General Laboratory System replacement as a regional imperative.
