At Element 78 Partners, I administer Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for enterprise endpoints, covering device provisioning, compliance, and secure deployment. I also manage Microsoft Entra ID accounts and Privileged Identity Management to support least-privilege access.
I provide technical support to C-suite executives and senior leaders, resolving Windows, macOS, and cloud connectivity issues. I also support Microsoft Teams Rooms, including Logitech Rally Bar and Tap IP systems.
Previously, at Publicis Resources, I developed and deployed standardized Intune and Jamf configuration profiles to improve device reliability. Across earlier roles, I worked on endpoint deployment, identity and access controls, and AWS infrastructure support.
