At Morgan Stanley, I own risk-based testing and release validation for internal web applications, employee tools, business workflows, software updates, and production fixes. I turn requests into defined ServiceNow requirements, partner with developers through defect triage and fixes, and provide QA sign-off across approximately 20 monthly changes.
I've built Power BI reporting from Jira data, Excel/VBA tools that generate ServiceNow-style prototypes, and Python/PowerShell automation that reduces repetitive support work. I also created open-source runtime diagnostics tooling and a Playwright-based UI and API test framework with CI/CD automation.
