At Planview, I designed and executed end-to-end UI, API, and regression test strategies for a global enterprise SaaS product handling 19M daily requests. I partnered with developers, product managers, and stakeholders through Agile/Scrum delivery to catch issues early, prioritize blockers, and improve release quality.
Previously at LeanKit, I validated APIs and microservices, maintained hundreds of test suites, and led defect triage between Support and Engineering. I also built an independent Python and Playwright web quality auditor that detects failing API endpoints, missing assets, and JavaScript exceptions in real time.
