I’m a QA Analyst and Software Test Engineer who builds strong test coverage through manual, exploratory, and API testing, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and dependable release cycles. In my recent remote role, I developed and maintained test cases for complex system workflows, collaborating closely with engineering and product to validate new features, bug fixes, and API changes.

I also monitor and investigate system behavior using Grafana Dashboards, log and manage defects in Azure with clear severity classification, and verify deployments during release cycles and post-release validation in Production. Earlier, as a Software Test Engineer II, I drove functional, regression, and performance testing on web-based applications, handled defect tracking in JIRA, and supported Agile ceremonies while improving QA process efficiency through identifying coverage gaps.
