What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused role where I can use clear communication, CRM skills, accurate documentation, and problem resolution to support customers in a fast-paced environment.

At State Farm, I managed customer relationships, explained insurance options, scheduled appointments, maintained accurate CRM records, and resolved concerns professionally.

I've also supported fast-paced airport operations as a Ramp Agent at MSP Airport, safely loading and organizing cargo and baggage while coordinating with coworkers and supervisors.
