At Arqiva, I delivered the Big Meeting Experiment enterprise-wide, helping reduce recurring meetings by 40% and meeting costs by £500k a week. I coached C-Suite executives and Executive Assistants, contributing to a 50% reduction in the CEO's meeting schedule.
At Glen Dimplex Heating & Ventilation, I developed and launched a Continuous Improvement Initiative that generated £1.5 million in cost savings over six months. I also mapped and improved more than 100 commercial processes and led System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing for new CRM systems.
