At TM International, I run daily production operations and serve as a Business Central super user during the migration from Epicor to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with PrintVis. I authored the order-flow and inventory requirements brief and designed an automated Shopify-to-PrintVis/Business Central order flow.
I assessed the Business Central tenant and built a phased go-live plan from the findings. I also migrated 19 SOPs and work instructions into the TPL-QMS-001 QMS template ahead of the December UL cGMP audit.
Before TM International, I worked in fulfillment operations at Amazon, operational excellence at Lucid Motors, and retail operations at Pep Boys and AutoZone. I’m a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and I’m completing a Master of Information Technology in 2027.
