At Millennium Print Group, I lead the operational start-up of a new production facility, defining its layout, process flow, and operating model while coordinating Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.

I've standardized operations with 20+ Standard Work Instructions and visual controls, deployed Strategy Deployment frameworks linking priorities to KPIs, and coached supervisors, team leaders, and operators in structured problem solving. Previously, I improved output per man-hour by approximately 45–50%, increased equipment utilization by 10%, and introduced Poka-Yoke and barcode-verification systems to strengthen quality control.

After relocating to the U.S. in 2023, I rebuilt my career trajectory from the ground up and earned four promotions in under two years, from Technician to Manager.

Before that, I founded and scaled Vexpress International from 20 clients to 5,000+ registered customers and an 80+ person team, building its e-commerce, procurement, payment, supplier, and delivery operations. My earlier work at SIDETUR strengthened my procurement and supply-chain foundation, including reducing replenishment time from five to three days while maintaining zero plant stoppages during severe supply uncertainty.
