At Nuco, I independently manage service operations for 67–93 recurring commercial and residential customer accounts across multiple cities. I serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate scheduling and logistics, and build trust through punctuality, clear communication, and consistent follow-up.

I’ve retained nearly all accounts over more than three years, won new business, and recovered customers who had previously left. I also improve workflows, maintain accurate operational records, and keep service execution moving without daily supervision.

Previously at Port Equities, I directed maintenance operations for two multi-family properties—144 units and 175 units—located roughly 1.5 hours apart. I managed budgets, vendors, contracts, documentation, compliance, staff, and project quality while reducing emergency work orders by an estimated 70% or more through preventative maintenance and direct repairs.

My earlier Walmart leadership roles built my foundation in high-volume operations, inventory, labor planning, scheduling, and team accountability. I’m looking to bring that practical, independent approach to a fully remote Operations or Customer Success role.
