Chris Madden

I am an enrollment and student-success professional with experience leading admissions teams, managing casework, and developing programs that improve student outcomes. I have worked across higher-education and nonprofit settings, guiding prospective students through admissions, financial aid, campus tours, and coordinated care while applying trauma-informed approaches.

I combine leadership, customer service, counseling, and property-management experience to design and implement retention strategies, assessments, and treatment programs. I hold a master’s degree in Business Management and Leadership, a master certificate in Theological Counseling, certifications including CPT and Arizona fingerprint clearance, and I am currently enrolled in a psychology program.
