I'm looking for a role where I can add real value to a company's projects, preferably with an agency focused on solutions rather than one-off placements.

At Devonian Petroleum & Zenith Energy, I directed talent acquisition across Kazakhstan and helped grow headcount by 126 hires across six geographies and 24 locations. I also supported the transition from SAP SuccessFactors to Workday and delivered talent acquisition operations 26% under budget in 2024/25.

At Infinity Human Resources, I founded and led a full-service HR and recruitment consultancy in Vietnam, growing it from a standing start into a 13-person operation across two offices. Across Asia, I've worked in executive search and recruitment, and I believe recruitment is an output—not the solution; I aim to leave clients better equipped through workforce planning, knowledge transfer and technology.
