Previously at JetBlue Airways, I directed the $850M A321 NEO aircraft introduction program and the $500M A320 Restyle program, coordinating executives, operations, IT, engineering, global partners, and teams of up to 50+ contributors. I also led Crew Services technology programs, including replacement of the Sabre Crew Manager platform, and supported System Operations initiatives from business case development through implementation.
