What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to drive digital transformation by translating business needs into practical technical solutions, improving processes, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering Agile projects involving ERP, data, and IT infrastructure.

I'm currently a Business Analyst at ECOM GROUP, where I create technical documentation and training programs for global teams, validate international data submissions, and track project KPIs to resolve bottlenecks.

Previously at ECOM - Exportadora Atlantic S.A., I led systems development and IT infrastructure improvements, translating business requirements into ERP and mobile-platform specifications. I managed budgets and personnel, led UAT, and developed IT security policies while delivering projects within timeline and financial constraints.

I also led a multidisciplinary development team focused on process automation and digitalization, administered ERP Coffee systems, and managed mobile application development lifecycles using Android Studio and Jira.

Across more than 15 years in IT and telecommunications, I've combined business process modeling, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and cross-functional leadership to connect business needs with practical technical solutions.
