I'm currently leading marketing and community outreach at Games By Hyper, producing digital campaigns for Unreal Engine development systems and managing a multi-platform community of more than 4,000 developers. Through targeted campaigns, I've increased community growth by 20% and built outreach pipelines with schools and development studios.

Previously, I spent more than seven years at Sagitec Solutions as a Lead Business Analyst and Product Owner, modernizing and implementing large-scale accounting-based systems for unemployment insurance tax, benefits, and pension projects. I facilitated JAD sessions, Fit/Gap analysis, process design, UAT training, test strategy, release communications, and post-production defect and change management.

At Capgemini North America and Caliper Inc., I translated business requirements into functional specifications, screen designs, test cases, and defect traceability for unemployment insurance systems. I've also led functional process streams, coordinated offshore delivery resources, managed an eight-member team, and supported client and vendor triage meetings.

I bring twelve years of software implementation experience, with a solution-oriented approach to business analysis, QA/QC, requirements management, and stakeholder collaboration across Agile and Waterfall projects.
