At CHQM8 Inc., I joined a five-person team as Project Manager and became Technical Lead within three months. I led technical work on a live, multi-tenant restaurant ordering platform.
I migrated its backend from Python/Django to NestJS and rebuilt the Receiver, Order, and Admin apps as three Next.js clients. I also redesigned the PostgreSQL schema, improved WebSocket message ordering with Redis, and connected the platform to the Clover POS API.
At GolfPark, I built and continue to run a custom golf booking and tournament platform after the owner found that outside vendors couldn't customize their software. It supports about 20,000 registered users across three locations, with more than 200 transactions per day at peak.
I added tournament and league registration, Stripe payments, and junior camp sign-ups. I also host and maintain the site on DigitalOcean, and have built WordPress sites and a church management system as a freelance web developer.
