Building a multi-tenant SaaS end to end in Next.js and TypeScript that automates quote follow-up for small field service businesses. Implemented OAuth 2.0 integrations, MariaDB schema design, and queued background jobs for SMS/email sequences.

Delivered a Laravel + Vue 2 product configurator supporting millions of configurations for a product line generating $100M+ in annual revenue. Built order management applications and worked directly with the company owner on manufacturing flows.

Rebuilt the main ticketing flow in A3, a PHP 8 ticketing and billing platform, replacing inconsistent legacy behaviour. Worked across a mixed Angular and jQuery frontend, modernizing legacy pages.

Led a team of 7 PHP developers, scoping, estimating, and reviewing code. Rebuilt Advanced Product Search on Elasticsearch and architected Phase 2 of the Digital Asset Management module for the JasperPIM SaaS platform.

Built and maintained a full e-commerce platform in Laravel, MariaDB, and Vue.js for complex, highly configurable products. Designed a modular architecture to move the platform toward a multi-tenant SaaS storefront model.

Built the fixed-price marketplace on Aucto.com using Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL, and Elasticsearch. Integrated third-party services including Google Shopping API and HubSpot, and built bulk item import tooling.

Architected and built Medengine 2.0, an API-driven medical literature repository on Laravel 5.4, used by University of Toronto post-graduate medical instructors. Implemented Shibboleth SSO for access to U of T library resources.

Built modules for CSDB, a PHP CMDB on a LAMP stack (Yii2), and developed a client-facing portal handling ticketing, billing, and reporting for 100+ Telus enterprise customers.

Delivered features for a consumer platform with 30M+ registered members on a LAMP stack with Memcache, Redis, Backbone.js, Doctrine, and Sphinx Search. Architected modules for automated email processing, member engagement tracking, and suspicious-user flagging.

Developed a configuration management intranet portal, and wrote Java-based data collection software for Cisco and Avaya telephony systems using HTTP, SOAP, and SNMP.

Completed a professional diploma in Computer Programming and Internet Applications.
