I am an experienced senior business analyst with a strong background in data analysis and driving sales. In my current role at Cymax Group, I manage the Walmart.com E-commerce account, where I am responsible for reporting, troubleshooting, and analyzing market trends, vendor relationships, and customer behavior. Through my efforts, the account revenue has increased over 70% and consistently surpasses $1M in weekly sales.

Additionally, I have experience in tech support at Hart-Well Electrical, where I assisted with the installation, maintenance, and programming of security cameras and security doors at the Toronto Pearson Airport. I worked with a complex network and gained valuable experience in project management and working with project managers.
