I am looking for a remote position that values project management and estimation skills.

Greetings,

My name is Chris Bennett and I have been in the disaster restoration industry for a little over 25 years.

I have extensive experience and reconstruction estimating and large loss capacity. Projects in excess of $1 million.

For my prior employer, I was able to compile 1100 contracts totaling $18 million in negotiated value.

I am open to discussing point percentages for writing estimates. This will depend upon size, complexity, and frequency of projects.

Very familiar with the insurance claim process for both mitigation and reconstruction side. I’ve had to create and compile estimates for most common types of damage within the industry. I have had to create comp bids for the carrier or review independent adjuster bids for accuracy.

I was the senior large loss estimator for my last employer, as well as having supervisory duties over the junior estimating staff. Reviewing their work and critiquing their process to improve.

I am currently working on getting my adjusters license.
