At American Lighting and Signalization, I develop cost estimates from project specifications, blueprints, and technical documents. I also create detailed takeoffs and material quantities, evaluate subcontractor bids, and implemented standardized estimating procedures.
Previously, I estimated and managed remodeling and restoration projects at Lessen, Archer Restoration Services, and ServiceMaster. My work included developing insurance estimates and supplements, managing project budgets and change orders, and coordinating vendors and subcontractors.
