What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my carrier- and contractor-side claims experience to property restoration estimating, project management, and complex loss work involving defensible scopes, documentation, supplements, and claim stakeholder communication.

I prepare and review 20–30 property restoration estimates each month at Atlanta Elite Reconstruction Services, covering water mitigation, contents, and reconstruction losses up to approximately $200,000.

I turn field inspections, photos, measurements, drying documentation, and scope notes into detailed Xactimate estimates and supported supplements. My documentation-backed supplements typically increase initial estimate values by 20–30% when additional scope is warranted.

I've worked on both the carrier and contractor sides of claims through roles at Paul Davis Restoration, Pilot Catastrophe, and Farmers Insurance.
